A: The size and color can be changed according to your requirements.

A: Yes. This may be extra charged depending on quantity, printing colour and size (usually from
free charge to US$150). You may send us high resolution artwork in JPG, PDF or PSD.
Q:Can you design one specially?
A: Yes, send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements, then we will custom make
for you.
Q: What included in products?
A: Blower, repair kit(including the same colors material, glue).
Q: What kind of guarantee you give?
A: 1-2 years' limited warranty. It’s long distance to ship goods back, so we send repair kit for
every inflatable product. If it is damaged, you can use repair kit (glue and same color material)
to repair, and we are happy to guide you through if there’s any problem.
Q: Your blowers meet CE/UL requirements?
A: Yes!

Q:How to pay?
A: We accept payments mainly by T/T (bank wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), Western Union,
Money Gram, Paypal or Escrow. Generally 30% deposit, balance after production (100% for
urgent orders). Also, you can send us payment receipt/slip to get production started first
because international remittance usually takes 3 working days.
Q: Shipping?
A: Can be delivery by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days
maximum and by sea 15-30 days. The shipping costs may be about USD200.00 for 1pcs of
games. If you order more, the shipping cost for 1pcs will be lower than USD200.00. Air charge
is different for different countries.
